It's in a quiet location. The room is clean and comfortable with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine.

There are almost no shortcomings. The room is clean and the service is good. It is close to the subway station (Tongzilin Line 1). It is easy to purchase nearby (mainly RT-Mart and Yimin Food Market) and it is also very convenient to eat. So far, this is the best average-priced apartment we have lived in in China.

Don't live in Unit 1707, because the long-term tenants next door are unqualified; they can make noise from 11pm to 3am, making it impossible to sleep. We stayed for 4 nights, and the management helped us change rooms on the third night so we could sleep. In any case, our first choice for apartment living in Chengdu next time will probably be Kaiya Mansion.
